After a health assessment and an understanding of what to expect from one another we will begin working on your health goals. Weight loss, strength, and body tone can be accomplished with strong goals and a committed effort.

Youth Program
Education with books alone contributes to the failure of the young mind. Kids need action from P.E. class or school sports. These are the classes that have been minimized in many schools. This is a program based on simple activity. Kids need a role model outside of their parents, school, and TV. The first step is to get them entertained. The second step is to keep them entertained. I can do this!
 
PROGRAM #3
Athlete Program
Athletes are my favorite kind of people. I associate with the athlete mind and spirit. We like to be pushed and always strive to become better. Competition is our friend, it is our arena, and it is our addiction. I believe a good athlete can base his/her success on their sportsmanship. I teach positive attitude competition with the emphasis on fun.
 
PROGRAM #4
In Home
This is the crown royal of personal training. I will come to your home and train your whole family for 4-6 weeks. The first week will be about getting to know the goals of the family and assessments of each person's health. The following weeks will be multiple workouts focused on achieving all the goals of the individual. Also at a minimum of once a week we will do a family workout focusing on teamwork and understanding of individual goals and family goals and how to make them all work together. PROGRAM #5
Triathlon
This is a very simple program with many variables. I have written a few base programs for each distance. The modification comes with input from the athlete. I have many races under my belt, but this does not mean that we can do the same things. The base gives you a picture that you must color in to get the results. I can help you decide which color to put with each part of the picture.
